- Nippon System Industries Corporation, a company specializing in electronic equipment, was established in 1970 as a wholly owned subsidiary of KBK. Since then, through the concept of doing business from design to sales, NSI has handled a wide range of electronic equipment, from VHF transceivers to two-way aircraft communications equipment for general aviation. NSI also performs inspection, testing, maintenance and repairs for imported equipment destined for sale not only by KBK but also by its customers. Additionally, NSI has commenced software development efforts in response to ever-expanding customer needs.

- KBK Steel Products Co., Ltd. (KSP) was established in March 2009 as a wholly owned subsidiary of KBK specializing in the production of stainless-steel belts and associated equipment. Such equipment involves the consecutive process of heating, molding and cooling simultaneously on the endless steel belt that leads to high-yield production as compared to batch-type methods. The belt material employs high-tensile stainless, which durable under pressurization and facilitates the use of space-saving equipment. Our products have been well received in the fields of multifunctional film, rubber vulcanization, electric materials, resin, building materials and food processing. Further, the special application (mirror polishing surface) of the belt (see photo) has been well recognized by customers.
