 “TORAYCA”carbon
fiber
This high-strength high-modulus graphite-based fiber is used in aircraft parts,
sports equipment such as golf club shafts and tennis rackets, high-pressure containers
such as air breathers and oxygen tanks, and repair and reinforcement for bridges,
highway overpasses, and buildings. |

 “Solimide”foam
polyimide
This acoustic absorption/heatproofing material is super-lightweight, flame-resistant,
and can withstand temperatures ranging from -260°C to 270°C. It is used
in naval vessels, rockets, space stations, and LNG tankers. |

 “Entec”filament
winders
The "Entec" filament winder is used to wind carbon and
glass fiber around a mandrel to form products such as high-pressure
FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) containers, pipes, and golf club
shafts. |

 “Never-Seez”high-temperature
anti-seize compound/lubricant
"Never-Seez" is a heat-resistant grease that incorporates
minute particles of metal. It can be used in temperatures ranging
from -183°C to 1,425°C. When applied to screws, it prevents
seizing at high temperatures and scuffing under high pressure, allowing
for easy disassembly and low-cost maintenance. “Never-Seez”
is trusted throughout the world as the leading anti-seize compound
and lubricant for factories, machinery, and vehicles. |

 “Cortec”VCI
(Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor)
"Cortec" VCI is an ISO-14001 approved next-generation
corrosion inhibitor. It prevents corrosion by forming a layer of
gaseous molecules on the surface of metal objects, providing corrosion
protection for areas in which traditional oil film-based protection
is impossible. "Cortec" VCI is available in water-soluble
liquid, powder, tablet, sponge, and film varieties. |
