Established in 1971 as a joint venture between Bailey Controls Company, USA and KBK. ABB Bailey Japan Limited has, throughout its foundation, provided design and manufacture, commissioning and maintenance for control systems and equipment combining the benefits of Bailey experience as the top manufacturer of control equipment and advanced technologies of KBK. ABB Bailey Japan provides both large and small scale of control systems for various kind of industrial plants such as thermal power, gas receiving terminal, petrochemical, pulp and paper, iron and steel, incineration, and etc. On January 2008, subject name was changed to ABB Bailey Japan Limited from Bailey Japan Co., Ltd.

A
company specializing in electronic equipment, Nippon System Industries Corporation
was established in 1970 as a 100% subsidiary of KBK. Since then, with the concept
of doing business from design to sales, NSI has handled a wide range of electronic
equipment, from VHF transceivers to two-way aircraft communications equipment
for general aviation. NSI also performs inspection, testing, maintenance, and
repairs for imported equipment to be sold not only by KBK, but also by its customers.
NSI has also commenced software development efforts in order to respond to diversifying
customer needs. |

Established in 2005 through joint capital investment by KBK (88%) and the officers of KBK Frontier (12%).
It enjoys domestic sales as well as export and import sales for energy- and environment -related business in consideration of the livelihood of the people,
society and global environment utilizing its sophisticated high technology and performance cultivated during the days of KBK.
KBK Frontier deals wide range of sales and exploration of the products required by the customers in various areas. |
