Support for TCFD Recommendations
News Release
We, KBK(Kyokuto Boeki Kaisha, Ltd.) announced its support for recommendations
by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) in May 2023.
Based on our business principle of “bridging needs and seeds,” we will sincerely tackle climate change, deepen our understanding of risks and opportunities that affect our business as a corporate group that has the attributes of a manufacturing trading company.
The TCFD recommendations recommend that all companies disclose concerning four disclosure items including “governance”, “strategy”, “risk management”, and “metrics and targets” in their financial reports.
We will strive to disclose information related to climate change based on the TCFD recommendations.
