Nippon System Industries Corporation

Established in 1970 as a company wholly owned by KBK to specialize in electronic devices. Since then, we have handled a wide range of products, encompassing from design, sales to maintenance & repair consistently.
In addition to ultrasonic welding machines, wire harness inspection equipment, crimp cross-sectioning analysis equipment and inkjet printers which we have been handling, we started manufacturing seismometers and vibration meters in April 2022. These new products are introduced to the market through KBK. We strive to exceed customers’ overall expectations reinforcing maintenance and repair services after sales.
Our mission is to contribute to the society by expanding our seismic measurement and solutions for mitigating human disasters in the event of an earthquake in response to diversifying needs of our customers.

KBK Steel Products Co., Ltd.

KBK Steel Products Co., Ltd. (KSP) was established in March 2009 as a wholly owned subsidiary of KBK specializing in the production of stainless-steel belts and associated equipment. Such equipment involves the consecutive process of heating, molding and cooling simultaneously on the endless steel belt that leads to high-yield production as compared to batch-type methods. The belt material employs high-tensile stainless, which durable under pressurization and facilitates the use of space-saving equipment. Our products have been well received in the fields of multifunctional film, rubber vulcanization, electric materials, resin, building materials and food processing. Further, the special application (mirror polishing surface) of the belt has been well recognized by customers.

Z.R.C. JAPAN Co, Ltd.

In 1984, Z.R.C. JAPAN Co, Ltd. was established as importer and distributor of Zinc based anti-corrosive coating products of ZRC Worldwide, USA and then became a unit of Kyokuto Boeki Kaisha. Ltd in January 2011.
Since 1984, the company has made an effort to spread and sell the products; "ZRC Cold Galvanizing Compound" applicable to steel structures. This product can attain the same performance as hot dip galvanizing because it contains a high concentration of high purity zinc. The fact was verified by public institute in Japan who then certified "ZRC technique".
"ZRC Cold Galvanizing Compound" has been widely recognized and adopted in the field of architecture and construction under high reliability of "ZRC technique" in Japan.
Launching new products as well as using a network of KBK, we will actively respond to the needs of new industries other than the architecture construction field.

ABB Bailey Japan provides various types of plant-control equipment to implement standard boiler control for power generation, fertilizer, chemical and garbage incineration plants. The control equipment we offer ranges in scale from large, digitally controlled systems to small and midsize controls.

TWD Japan Corporation

With the cooperation of TWD B.V., a company based in the Netherlands, KBK established this joint venture with TWD B.V.’s Japanese agent Trio Marine Tech, Inc. in January 2022. TWD B.V. boasts an extensive track record in design and engineering services related to large-scale installation equipment required for construction of offshore wind power facilities. TWD Japan Corporation offers a one-stop service for design, manufacture, and maintenance of such equipment.
It supplies order-made equipment as required by customers for their projects, including pile grippers, monopile upending tools, and a variety of sea fastenings.
